Annual Service Charge

The annual service charge is broken down into manageable monthly payments for residents and includes shared amounts for the following:

  1. Buildings insurance and maintenance
  2. Garden maintenance
  3. Window cleaning
  4. Running costs of cummunal areas
  5. Managing and sharing the self service launderette
  6. Maintaining security and communications systems
  7. Residential Managers and 24-hour emergency call service
  8. Location dependent water charges

External painting is charged separately and shared proportionally between residents every five years.
