Lifestyle Gold rental leases are one year Assured Short Hold Tenancies.  We charge a bond of one months rent which is lodged with the Deposit Protection Service (details available on their website www.depositprotection.com) plus one month’s rent in advance. 

For example For a one bedroom first floor flat you would be expected to pay £950.00 plus £65.00 administration for the original Agreement.  When the agreement is renewed next time we charge £30.00.
