How it Works

Your chosen apartment or bungalow is leased from Lifestyle Gold Limited. Many residents choose to fund their new home and independent lifestyle from capital released from the sale of an existing property. 

The length of the lease is pre-agreed. On departure either prior to, or at the end of the lease, the loan is repaid in full, excluding a small annual percentage to cover depreciation or administration costs. Furthermore, the occupier will not incur any selling expenses or agent fees. You can rest assured that your Lifestyle Gold investment is safe, regardless of what tomorrow brings.
